Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pocket Wardrobe ("the App"), operated by 268B Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Overview of the Service

Pocket Wardrobe is a fashion-focused mobile application that helps users digitize their closet, get AI-powered outfit recommendations, and plan looks using a smart calendar. The app is offered with both free and Pro subscription tiers.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13 years or older to use the App. By using the App, you affirm that you meet this requirement and have not been previously suspended or removed from the service.

3. Account Creation and Security

You may sign in using email or supported third-party providers (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Free Plan vs Pro Plan

We offer two types of accounts:

❗ Note: "Unlimited" refers to usage within reasonable technical limits (see caps above). These limits ensure service performance and prevent abuse.

5. Payments, Renewals, and Refunds

• Payments are handled via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
• You may cancel at any time through your respective app store settings.
• Refunds are handled by the App Store/Play Store and not by 268B Labs LLC directly, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Permitted Use

You agree to use Pocket Wardrobe only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or copy the app's code or models
• Attempt to bypass limits or abuse the AI system
• Upload explicit, infringing, or harmful content
• Violate any laws or third-party rights

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, logos, and code belong to 268B Labs LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.

8. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

You may delete your account at any time via the App or by contacting support@pocket-wardrobe.com. Account deletion will remove your closet data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

Pocket Wardrobe is provided "as-is." We make no guarantees that:

• The App will always function error-free
• Suggestions will be perfectly styled
• Data will not be lost (though we take standard precautions)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, 268B Labs LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, wardrobe content, or missed opportunities
• Any amount exceeding your subscription fees paid in the last 12 months

This does not apply to liability for gross negligence, fraud, or intentional misconduct.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are significant, you'll be notified via the App or email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
